Return Policy Only Lasts Till 04 Days, After 04 Days We Will Not Be Able To Offer You Refund Or Exchange.

If Broken Product Is Received, Kindly Call Us - By going on toll free numbers mentioned on invoices Within 24 Hours Of Receiving.
If You Have Received The Wrong Product, Kindly Send Us The Image & The Invoice So That We Can Assist You Well. Items Will Only Be Accepted With The Proof Of Purchase i.e. Invoice Or E-Bill.
We give free shipping to our customer, which may be include to MRP of the products so that our customer does not have to pay a separate delivery charge, that's why the HHC store gives free shipping on all the products but when you return our products then We deduct that shipping charge from you and give you full amount refund order
(Added Amount Will Be Paid By The Customer.)

⚫Returned Product Must Be In Its Original Packaging Without Any Missing Or Damaged Parts.
⚫Used, Scratched Or Damaged Product Will Not Be Accepted.
⚫Return Shipping Will Be At Buyer’s Cost.
⚫Shipping & Handling Fees Is Non Refundable.
⚫ We will not refund customer if your products do not have shipping label on customer's products

⚫Refund Process Can Take Unto 5-7 Working Days After The Item Is Received.

* If We Have Sent You A Wrong Product Then The Reverse Pickup Will Be Done For Free Of Cost. Shipping Of The Replaced Product Will be Amount 99/-.
* If We Have Sent You The Exact Product With You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be At The Buyer’s Cost.
* This Process Can Take Around 5-7 Working Days Depending Upon The Current Circumstances & Location Of The Customer.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:-
If The Damaged Product Is Received, It Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours Of Delivery. It Should Be In Its Original Packaging.
In Case Of A Refund, 20% Handling Charges Will Be Deducted From The Order Amount If Pick Up Is Arranged. If The Customer Is Ready To Courier The Product To The Return Address, Then There Will Be No Deduction And Full Amount Will Be Refunded Through Available Methods.

REFUNDS CAN TAKE AROUND 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER'S BANK DETAILS (PREFERRED) WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROCESS THE REFUND ON TIME.
